Costa Group had the honor and the pleasure to complete Slitti\u2019s new store, the chocolate factory in Monsummano Terme (Pistoia), opening its new store in Piazza dell\u2019Olio in Firenze. Slitti\u2019s culinary offering is varied, with products ranging from chocolate to pastries, from coffee to waffles, and from ice cream to savory preparations such as \u201cschiacciate\u201d, crostini, tartare and savory croissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slitti\u2019s flagship store was designed with the idea of enhancing the brand\u2019s craftsmanship and tradition, creating a space that is personalized and original in every piece of furniture. Franco Costa of Costa Group, who designed the store, comments: \u201cWe found the synthesis in the details: the original wallpaper, which is echoed on the seating, recalls the product\u2019s origins, while the fine marble and brass finishes embellish the space, making it elegant and convivial.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The store covers an area of more than 150 sqm with about 30 seatings and will be organized into four main areas designed to enhance the product, excellence of made in Italy, and the two-flagship product of Slitti\u2019s tradition: chocolate and coffee. In addition, the store is equipped with a videowall of more than 7 meters located above the main counter, which will allow customers to discover the artisanal production processes and the \u201cbehind the scenes\u201d of Slitti preparations, from the Chocolate Factory to the Coffee Roasting and the Pastry Laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
