Our customers\u2019 stories are always tales filled with tradition, taste, and passion. We are proud of the numerous achievements of our client Silvano Romani, a benchmark for Emilian gastronomy and for having contributed to the creation of La Prosciutteria, in via Farini in Parma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Silvano Romani is an expert selector of cured meats, cheeses, wines and groceries, a lover of food and natural and authentic production, he stands out in the gastronomic panorama for his continuous search for the excellence of the territory, enhancing it and making it available in his 17 stores that he owns or manages for third parties <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His historic shop in Parma in via Farini is as welcoming as the old-style \u201cbotteghe\u201d, where the products are  enhanced by the expertise, the professionalism of the staff and the authentic and impeccable Customer Experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting in 1965 with the first historic store in San Lazzaro, in Parma, with the direct sale of products, and moving on with corporate and banqueting events, , the Romani family is a point of reference for anyone who wants to have a taste of Emilia. The company also boasts an online shop and a transportation network of refrigerated distribution in Italy and Europe, to bring Parmesan excellence everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
