Renato Bosco’s bakery is the result of a valuable collaboration and synergy between several companies, which have combined their expertise to create a unique place where you can experience bakery and pastry products, made with artisanal techniques and raw materials of the highest quality.

Renato Bosco, also known as the “Pizza seeker”, is an expert in the field, who has distinguished himself for his curiosity and his spirit of research, which has driven him to confront the world of leavened products and to delve into the many themes related to bread-making and pastry making, taking courses with international professionals.  Renato Bosco teaches in several cooking schools, he was named a “Taste Ambassador” in the world, and he featured in the Gambero Rosso Guide since 2014.

Thanks to his experience and passion, Renato Bosco’s bakery offers unique products with authentic and genuine flavors that reflect the Italian artisanal tradition.
